AddressPal Address
Enter your name and appropriate AddressPal address as the delivery address for the service you wish to use. Certain websites offer an auto-fill address option. This option does NOT contain your unique AddressPal number and should not be used, as this will lead to delays in the delivery of your item.
Home Delivery Notification
For the UK & USA Home Delivery service, you will receive an email from us when your item has been processed in our hub. This email will have your tracking number so you can track your item online at www.anpost.ie/track. At this time payment will be taken from your registered card.
Post Office Notification
For Post Office Collection items, you will receive a notification when your item is available for collection from your nominated Post Office.
Home Delivery
AddressPal UK Home Delivery items will be delivered to your registered address within 3 to 4 working days.
AddressPal USA Home Delivery items will be delivered to your registered address within 5 to 6 working days of receipt in our hub.
Post Office Collect & Pay
Your AddressPal UK Post Office collection item will be delivered to your selected Post Office within 4 to 5 working days.
Once you receive your collection notification, simply visit your nominated Post Office to collect your item within 5 working days.
